24-timers afbudspolitik:
Af respekt for vores kunder samt vores arbejde, har vi en klar afbudspolitik der gælder for alle uanset årsag.
Hvis du er forhindret i at møde op til din behandling, bedes du venligst afmelde senest 24 timer før den aftalte tid, ellers betales et afbudsgebyr 50% på behandlingens pris. Ved afbud senere end 2 timer inden behandlingen, opkræves 100% af behandlingens pris.
Du kan nemt ændre eller afbestille din tid i booking systemet, eller via SMS.
Ved online booking accepteres ovenstående betingelser.

24-hours Cancellation policy:
Due to respect for our customers and our work, we have a clear cancellation policy that applies to everyone regardless of reason.
If you are prevented from attending your treatment, please cancel 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, otherwise 50% of the treatments price must be paid. If any cancellation occurs later than 2 hours before the treatment, 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment in our online booking system, or by phone.
When booking online, the above conditions are accepted.
